Does my client need an account?

No. Your client opens the review link you share, leaves feedback, and approves without creating an account.

What can I review?

The free beta supports images and PDFs up to 25 MB per file. Website capture and video review are planned for a later release.

Can my client approve work?

Yes. A reviewer can request changes or approve the current version.

What happens when I upload a new version?

Mowafik keeps the old version, its feedback and its decision history. The new version becomes the current review.

Does Mowafik remind clients automatically?

Yes. Automatic reminders can follow up with reviewers who haven’t responded and stop once they take action.

Can I use my own branding?

Custom client-facing branding is planned for a later release. The free beta uses Mowafik branding.
